Candidates are usually taught what to say. Here we train how to lead the conversation: set the frame, hold up under pressure, answer awkward questions, use silence and sound like a leader. When candidates have the same skills, this is what decides.
Calculated on the gross base salary, excluding bonuses, pension contributions, holiday pay, relocation payments and stock. The minimum target salary for the program is $60,000 a year. You can pay in dollars, euros or rubles.
You're targeting a role with an $84,000 annual salary. One month of salary is $7,000.
The final amount is calculated from the salary in the offer you accept, so the second part may differ slightly from the example.
Before we start, we agree on the criteria together: role and level, minimum gross salary, countries or remote setup. The second payment is due when you receive an offer that meets these criteria. If you decide to decline it, the payment still applies.
If you receive several qualifying offers and accept none, we use the highest salary. Offers received during our work or within 45 days after it ends count.
If no qualifying offer arrives within 6 months, I give you 45 more days at no extra cost. They include one strategy session, two emergency interview preparations and messaging support.
This applies if you did everything we agreed on: applied according to plan, came to interview preparation and quickly told me how interviews went.
