If you paid for a service and changed your mind, you can withdraw within 10 days of payment. Press the button and include your name, the payment date and the service in your email. Within 24 hours I will send a confirmation with your request number.
These terms govern the consulting services provided by Ilia Korolkov (the Provider) to clients (the Client). By sending a request and paying for a service, the Client confirms that they have read and accept these terms.
The Provider offers online consultations on careers, job search and career English, as well as support programs. The list of services, their content and prices are published on this website. The scope of each specific service is confirmed in writing before payment.
The Client contacts the Provider via Telegram, WhatsApp or email. The Provider confirms the format, price and session date. The contract is considered concluded upon payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is accepted in dollars, euros or rubles at the exchange rate on the payment date. One-off consultations, bundles, Easy Start and Tailor-Made English are paid in full before work begins. Personal Brand & Growth is paid monthly with a minimum term of 3 months. Full Offer Support is paid in two parts: 30% at the start and 70% within 14 days after receiving a qualifying offer. The criteria for a qualifying offer and the target salary are agreed in writing before the start. The Provider issues an electronic invoice (factura) for each payment under the Monotributo regime.
Sessions are held online. A one-off session usually lasts one hour unless agreed otherwise. The Client may reschedule a session by notifying the Provider at least 24 hours in advance. If the Client misses a session without notice, the session is considered delivered.
The Client may withdraw from the service within 10 days of concluding the contract (Article 34 of Law No. 24.240 and Article 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina). To do so, the Client can use the withdrawal button on this page or write to the Provider. If the service has not yet begun, the payment is refunded in full by the same method it was made.
The Provider shares experience and materials and does their best to help the Client succeed. Hiring decisions are made by employers, so the Provider does not guarantee a job, an offer or a specific salary. The exception is the payment structure of Full Offer Support, which depends directly on the result.
The Client provides accurate information about their experience and decides how to use the recommendations and materials. In Full Offer Support, the Client also follows the agreed application plan, attends interview preparation and reports interview results.
The Provider does not share resumes, documents or information received from the Client with third parties without the Client's consent. See the privacy policy below for details.
Templates, documents and materials prepared by the Provider are for the Client's personal use. They may not be sold or published under the Client's name.
The Provider may update these terms. A new version applies only to contracts concluded after it is published on the website.
The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. This does not limit the rights the Client has as a consumer. The parties will try to resolve any disagreements through negotiation.

Your name, contact details (Telegram, WhatsApp, email), information about your career, your resume and other documents you send, messages and session recordings if you agree to them. The website itself does not collect data through forms and does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
To provide the service, contact you, issue invoices and meet tax obligations.
In the services I use for work: Google email, Telegram, WhatsApp and cloud storage. Some of these services' servers may be located outside Argentina. The website is hosted on Netlify and fonts load from Google servers, which may receive technical data such as your IP address.
As long as needed to provide the service and meet tax obligations. You can ask me to delete your data at any time unless the law requires keeping it.
I do not sell your data or share it with third parties except where required by law. I make recommendations or introductions to employers only with your consent.
Under Law No. 25.326 you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data free of charge by writing to me by email. The right of access may be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (Article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25.326). The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25.326, handles complaints regarding violations of personal data protection rules.
